Patricia Lizardi has excellent customer service she’s knowledgeable and very compassionate about her job, she explained in detail about the co pay assistance program , she has worked with me and she’s definitely in the right field . I am so happy that they have this program because after retirement receiving my treatments has been a financial hardship. I had the most amazing experience recently dealing with Patricia Lizardi at AmeriPharma Specialty Care. She assured me that she would use my information and get the best services needed for me and do it quickly. She really did it quickly and covered all of the aspects needed for me to get the medication that I have been without for 8 months because of another specialty pharmacy holding my medication hostage while I was trying to pay for their services. This company should really be called the Optimum Specialty Care because they really do care about the people they service and their customer service is outstanding. It is a blessing to find a company with empoyees like Patricia that actually care and demonstate that caring nature.
