    Excellent support right from the very 1st contact with Tradify. The most important thing to us was to find a system which was easy to impliment and roll out quickly. Tradify supply training manuals / videos which are easy to follow however the support staff are always on hand to guide you through. We were up and running in days. It has cut down on double entry workload, made our quotations look so much more professional and little extras like seeing if somebody has viewed a quote are really impressive. Great system and great staff, can't recommend enough.

    Tradify has surpassed all our expectations as a job management software, its an all in one great piece of kit that allows us to log customer data, attach jobs, quotes and invoices and one of the latest features is we can now email customers their appointments and text and call customers on the go! It truly is everything we need to run our business and it integrates seamlessly with xero. As a company their customer service is second to none and they are constantly improving and bringing out updates to the software. On top of all this as a company who was hit badly by Covid 19, Tradify supported us throughout, handling our concerns with compassion and empathy, where many of their UK counterparts where much less helpful or supportive. We would not use any other software now!

    Have been using Tradify for about 6 months now and it's drastically improved and helped speed up the way in which I quote and invoice customers. From pre set rates that I charge for different items to having particular items saved on a selling list it's time and money well spent. Only partially invoicing a quote? No problem you can select list items from the quote and add them to an invoice. The program knows what's left on your quote to be invoiced so you can't over charge the customer but also won't miss out on all that your owed either. Of course there's always more that it could do as with any product but for now I'm happy.

    I have found that from the day I registered to trial the software the customer service has been exceptional. I was not expecting a call to ask how I was finding it a day later.... yes they want your money - I'm a Carpenter when I call a client to see how they are doing it's because I want their money too.... it's just how it goes... That aside the helpful team have been there to walk me through things and have been a great help so far. The Zoom meetings to get further training have also been a boost and have improved my usage. Moving to the UK from NZ via AUS starting a new business on the front foot with Tradify has helped me look the part to customers and keep track of my workflow and finances. It's a thumbs up from me!

    I am still very new to Tradify and having only ever used a diary and manual invoicing, I am finding it a challenge to change from my old ways. However with the help of my patient wife and the great one to one training from Tradify I am getting there. I am noticing how much quicker I can get things done. There is a lot to set up at first, but the Tradify team help me in little doses. it is great, as now my wife is helping with invoicing and preparing quotes, which means less time at home for me doing these tasks. All I can say is be patient, take notes if you are unsure, the Tradify team are always there to help. Here is to doing more enjoyable things with my time. Regards Steve Moritz

    Used for a few years now. Buggy and slow loading, not really pinnacle of software. Now trying to charge £70 @ month. Good luck with that your competitors are much better or offer much more for the money. Clearly a cash grab for a diary and basic of basic crm systems. Even zoho which is vastly vastly bigger is cheaper. Great show team

    While the concept holds potential, the execution falls short. Current procedures inadvertently extend the time required for accounting tasks. For instance, adding stage payments to an invoice necessitates sending it to Xero, after which modifications to the invoice become impossible. This requires users to access Xero to delete multiple incorrect invoices, which is inefficient. Consequently, for jobs with multiple stage payments, it is necessary to issue an individual invoice for each payment instead of consolidating them into a single final invoice. This inefficiency undermines the system's intended purpose of simplifying processes, instead contributing to a more time-consuming workload and additional tasks that were originally meant to be streamlined through the adoption of this system. It raises the question of whether the time, effort, and financial investment in the product are justified. Although I am committed to a 12-month term and will seek alternatives moving forward, it is disappointing that a task designed to be straightforward has become overly complex. I aimed to provide constructive feedback on these issues but encountered resistance, which suggests a reluctance to consider user input for improving the product's usability.

    I was so excited to Try Tradify. It was sold to me as a major upgrade and change to my small business. It all seemed like it was moving in the right direction and it was going to save me so much time and stress. Sadly when we went live it didn’t work and the servers had crashed. I am a strong believer in bouncing back and looking for improvements. Hopefully one day I may try them again and they will be ready. But at the moment I’ll wait.
