Took my bike in for new breaks and the guys at Beaverton Trek were very helpful in explaining things to me, and never tried to upsell. At the end of the day, my bill was $100 less than I anticipated, they said the brakes were fine, they just needed to adjusted the cables. I never would’ve known if they weren’t honest and ethical tradesmen.

Great experience. We were upgrading bikes for our 2 kiddos and Kyle, along with us, worked through the precaliber upgrade process. Kyle was patient, kind, and thoughtful. For that, we were exceedingly grateful. We walked out with 2 new bikes, exceptionally happy kiddos, and an experience that only reinforced our positive outlook around the Trek Happy Valley store. We will definitely come back and we will continue referring folks there.

The Trek store in Westmoreland is a gem. The people, service and products are all top notch. I recently purchased my second Trek bike there and had excellent service from Sean who walked me through the potential repair needs of my old bike vs. costs and benefits of buying a new one. When it was time to purchase, Peter in sales was great to work with. Then Jack, in service, transferred the accessories from my old Trek to the new one at no cost. The bonus to all of that is the beautiful space that the store occupies. It is a pleasure to shop there.

Great selection of high quality brands and products for all of your cycling needs. If they're out of stock of something you can order it easily. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable without being pushy. Overall, very accommodating, friendly and helpful. I bought a pair of cycling shoes and stainless steel water bottles, and Justin went above and beyond to install the cleets for me. My partner bought a couple jerseys and bibs, and when he had to exchange for a different size it was effortless.
