I bought this for my dad who has been suffering for years from bone spurs in his neck. He has tried everything, but after 5 minutes wearing the ICES device he felt relief. The pain comes back when he stops using the device, so he pretty much wears it 24/7.

I purchased an A9 several months ago and have been experimenting with it for my chronic health conditions. I know that you like to hear feedback from users about how the device works, so I wanted to tell you about my experience. I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, migraines, and IBS and I am sad to report that the A9 has not had any noticeable impact on these conditions for me. Thanks for the work you do - it's always nice to have new options to ease discomfort.
