Tried on a recommendation, unfortunately was not under my insurance provider, but 2 years later still here out of network and would change it! Money well spent!!! My new-patient experience was top notch. As a first time patient, I was very impressed by the cleanliness, professionalism and knowledge displayed by the entire staff. They do a great job of explaining everything in detail, enabling you to make informed decisions on your course of treatment. Dr Tracey came highly recommended by her peers in dentistry, and I now understand why. Although I do not live close to this practice, I will make the 45min drive for my future dentistry needs. I highly recommend Lansdowne Dental Care!!

Let me start by saying: I HATE THE DENTIST and I know Hate us a very strong word but I mean it. But my experience on 5/23/2023 was the Best I can ever remember having. It started from me calling literally at about 2:35 asking for a same day appointment. The call was even great. The assistant James took me back and even though I was nervous, scared and most importantly in pain. He was very informative even ease my nervousness a little. He even made me laugh because I was taking a long time to finish paperwork. Then the Dr. Came in and she was so nice and gentle. Explained everything to me and the next steps. What was being told to me was not good and I was even more nervous but the kindness and professionalism made it so much easier to understand and process. I apologize because I’m not sure her name but the person who got me in the schedule came in and explained again very kind, even though I couldn’t do everything I needed it was just so nice to have everyone be so nice and professional. On to the worst part the procedure. Yes it was painful & uncomfortable. But between the Dr. And James. They did an outstanding Job from beginning to end. When I finally opened my eyes I didn’t even realize I could have watched Tv the whole time. My last words were. I still don’t like the Dentist but I truly think y’all were great and I’m willing to come back. I am a patient Coordinator for my medical office so I truly understand and believe in customer service, and I’m very appreciative of the level this office provided that. Today I came to work and shared my experience with my co workers who now said they will have to check them out. Again thank you to the staff.

The entire staff at Landsdowne does an outstanding job, and they do it in a professional yet caring manner. They all feel like friends. I'd like to add that for us, they are an out-of-network provider but we don't mind paying a little more for what they do for us.

When I lost a tooth crown on the week end, the receptionist worked me into a busy schedule the next day. They were organized & efficient with latest equipment for diagnosis & treatment. Most important they were kind & considerate.

Dr. Tracey Nguyen and staff provided exceptional service today. From the front desk, to Dr. Nguyen’s assistant, they made a potentially frightening situation a pleasant experience. They provided excellent service to my son who is seriously afraid of dentists. Dr. Tracey demonstrated tremendous patience, care and compassion to my son. She did not rush service or give up when my son resisted extraction for what felt like hours! Another dentist would have further traumatized him by rushing along the service, or dismissing us all together because we were taking so much time. My prayer is that the kindness that you demonstrated towards us be returned back to you in so many ways that your head spins! I so appreciate your practice taking us in so quickly and providing such amazing care. I will definitely be referring your practice to ANYONE who asks! Out of network or not… you just earned TWO loyal customers for your quality of care alone. Once again, THANK YOU for an amazing experience.
