Dr.Tracy is exceptional in her thoroughness and helped me understand issues related to my particular obstructive airway and subsequent sleep apnea.It was a positive, and informative experience. First impressions mean a lot and I was not disappointed and very impressed! I want to start with the front office staff. They were highly efficient, courteous, and helpful. Made sure that all the necessary paperwork was completed and provided timely assistance. Kudos to them!The staff support team that assist Dr. Nguyen during the evaluation was simply fantastic. I apologize for not remembering her name. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease. She was such a professional. The best way to describe her is by highlighting her wonderful talents which included gracious, kind and extremely informative. Please forgive me for not being able to remember your name :)....You were great! The office Manager who put together my dental plan was very helpful and informative. She took the time to explain things and exercised tremendous patience since I had several questions regarding my proposed treatment plan. Also, another superb high performing individual who understands customer service. With respect to DDS Nguyen. I was absolutely enamored with her positive approach, level of openness, and her desire to listen carefully and provide a full examination. Her proposed treatment plan was comprehensive and well thought out. DDS Nguyen listened carefully as to what I desired and tailored a plan that would take a conservative approach and factor in cost effectiveness. I was quite pleased with her proposed plan and the multi layered approach she recommended. This was my first visit as I am in the process of evaluating and selecting a comprehensive dentist that will structurally create a beautiful smile and then cosmetically make it look like it’s priceless. Even if I don’t end up selecting DDS Nguyen, I am that much wiser and a better person to have met these true professionals. Thank you all for your customer service...
