Amazing, caring, professional, efficient, REMARKABLY EXPERIENCED!!! I could go on and on. I simply have no words to describe how grateful I am for the care that Dr. Nguyen and her wonderful team provided for my 7 year-old son yesterday. Being a dentist myself, I was seeking an expert in the field of dental pediatric airway management. We drove 2 1/2 hours and immediately "saw" the value of driving long distance to receive that level of exceptional care. They were all ready to go and prepared for us, my son was so at ease and comfortable. I left feeling relieved knowing that he is in great hands now. Thank you, Lansdowne Dental Care!!!

Its always a pleasure to visit Lansdowne Dental Care in Leesburg! Dr. Frames, James, & the entire staff are always very nice and very caring! I’m on the Invisalign program and I haven’t been the ideal patient, but Dr. Frames and James handle me with care & patience and I really appreciate them for that! If you are in search of a great dental office that offers an array of dental services, check them out. I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Frambs and his team are the best. It is always a positive experience. Minh, our family hygienist, must be the best hygienist in the DC area. She is very diligent but gentle. Minh is super friendly. Everybody cares about your wellbeing. Our whole family has been going to Dr. Frambs for several years. We all highly recommend him and his team.

The great work at Lansdowne Dental Care continues! Today I worked with Sachi, Dr. Frames and Sandra. I am extremely happy with the work done and guidance given to ensure continued healthy dental hygiene. Dr. Frames did an awesome job alleviating my fears by explaining what to expect with the procedure that Sachi recommended, given numbing was unnecessary. Sandra, a budding dental hygienist was absolutely delightful in sharing her career goals in the field. A professional team all around to include all at the front desk. Thank you for your service!!

One of the best dental health decisions I made was to get the NightLase treatment at Lansdown dental Care. Dr Tracy went into great depth regarding the procedure and results. Mikaela was so kind and helpful. Her genuine attention and kindness helped the entire process run smoothly and stress-free. :)

We saw Dr. Nguyen and Mikaela for an evaluation for my daughter’s palate expansion. They were both knowledgeable and thorough and made my daughter feel very comfortable during the process. The office has been very responsive and it was well worth the 5 hour trip!

6/3/24 updated review Well, review of Dr Frames and his staff remains the same - Professional, friendly and careful, caring, perfectionist work. Both Dr Frames and his assistant, Sandra, are the best. The cherry on top is how wonderful the front staff are as well. Can’t more highly recommend than 5 star all around!! Thank you. It’s a rarity these days to have a medical or dental practice with pleasant and professional front desk staff. I loved everything about this practice as I became a new patient today. Dr Frames is very pleasant and thorough. A gentle touch leads his ability to explain X-rays, etc clearly and informatively. I appreciated the time he took with me and prioritizing the work I need to have done. Dr Frames’ assistant, James, was also professional and gentle in his manner. I am happy to have found a new dentist I can trust and rely on since my dentist of 20 years moved away.
