They are professional, friendly and make you feel like family. Dr. Nguyen was amazing as she took her time to educate me and explain my treatment plan. You can tell that she is passionate about her patient's health! Yancy was also fantastic. She took my impressions today for study models. I usually have trouble with this procedure but, she took the impressions smoothly and quickly! I was impressed:) I would highly recommend this practice!

I have seen interacted with lots of different people in those years and all of them have been wonderful! Very friendly, they listen to any issues you have and never try to rush you out. I absolutely love Dr. Frames! Wonderful dentist office that I highly recommend to everyone!

7 years agoI just had an overlay done today by Dr. Frames and his assistant Ariana, and it was the best dental experience I've had for this procedure. I've had this done before and was not looking forward to it. Dr. Frames used state of the art t ... See MoreI just had an overlay done today by Dr. Frames and his assistant Ariana, and it was the best dental experience I've had for this procedure. I've had this done before and was not looking forward to it. Dr. Frames used state of the art technology where no impressions were needed! A video was made of my tooth, and the new overlay was created using the computer and a device similar to a 3-D printer in the office. The overlay was done in one office visit, it was done perfectly, and no follow up needed. We are extremely happy with Dr. Frames - he is trustworthy, experienced, and really knows what he's doing.

My first visit was for a second opinion as I suspected that my previous dentist was giving me unnecessary fillings. They are very friendly, efficient and they genuinely care about you and your overall health. They do not push you to have other services and they explain everything clearly to you.Love these guys!

They go beyond the call of duty to make sure every visit is comfortable so that your fear goes out the window.

My smile is a integral part of my job, and I have always taken care of my teeth. I am 40, and I am proud to say that I have only ever had 2 cavities in my whole life. When it comes to my teeth and my overall dental health, I want only the best, and THE BEST is what I find every time I have a been a patient at Lansdowne Dental Care, and that goes for Dr. Ngyuen and Dr. Frame. I also have a huge amount of love and respect for the incredible administrative staff, under the stewardship of the remarkably organized and always-smiling Ms. Paula Flohr. Their location is perfect and very close to my home. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of the cheerful, personalized, expert care I ALWAYS receive at LDC"
