It isn't like any that I have had before; my jaw never aches and it is comfortable. Dr. Tracey is very knowledgeable and I enjoy hearing how she treats her staff (more like colleagues). She is an amazingly talented dentist who knows the most current research and is willing to help! I have already referred several friends and family to her.

Even though the office closed at 4:00, she and Yancey (I hope I spel ... See MoreI had a crown fall off at 1:30 in the afternoon so I called Dr. Tracey and her staff. She told me to come in and she'd look at it. Well, she did a bunch more than that. Even though the office closed at 4:00, she and Yancey (I hope I spelled that right) stayed until well past 6:00 to replace the crown and did so with the utmost care, as it was virtually a pain-free experience. Dr. Tracey and her staff are the absolute best!

Very friendly, they listen to any issues you have and never try to rush you out. ... See MoreI have been going to this dentist office for many years. I have interacted with lots of different people in those years and all of them have been wonderful! Very friendly, they listen to any issues you have and never try to rush you out. I absolutely love Dr. Frames! Wonderful dentist office that I highly recommend to everyone!

And service from Dr. Frames and Sochi (sp) was great as always...they talked me thru work they were p ... See More....although my appt wasn't saved in the system, I was accommodated for my appointment shortly after I thought the scheduled time was. And service from Dr. Frames and Sochi (sp) was great as always...they talked me thru work they were performing and things they recommended for future dental health.

They are professional, friendly and make you feel like family. Dr. Nguyen was amazing as she took her time to educate me and explain my treatment plan. You can tell that she is passionate about her patient's health! Yancy was also fantastic. She took my impressions today for study models. I usually have trouble with this procedure but, she took the impressions smoothly and quickly! I was impressed:) I would highly recommend this practice!

8 years agoI just had an overlay done today by Dr. Frames and his assistant Ariana, and it was the best dental experience I've had for this procedure. I've had this done before and was not looking forward to it. Dr. Frames used state of the art t ... See MoreI just had an overlay done today by Dr. Frames and his assistant Ariana, and it was the best dental experience I've had for this procedure. I've had this done before and was not looking forward to it. Dr. Frames used state of the art technology where no impressions were needed! A video was made of my tooth, and the new overlay was created using the computer and a device similar to a 3-D printer in the office. The overlay was done in one office visit, it was done perfectly, and no follow up needed. We are extremely happy with Dr. Frames - he is trustworthy, experienced, and really knows what he's doing.

They are very friendly, efficient and they genui ... See MoreI used to hate going to the dentist until I found Lansdowne Dental Care. My first visit was for a second opinion as I suspected that my previous dentist was giving me unnecessary fillings. They are very friendly, efficient and they genuinely care about you and your overall health. They do not push you to have other services and they explain everything clearly to you.Love these guys!
