My daughter and I have been happy patients of Dr. Frames since he joined the practice. Dr Frames is a unicorn of a dentist: gentle, caring, trustworthy, accessible and always patient-focused in his approach from exam to treatment. He is 1 in 202,304.

I love this practice! I always look forward to cleanings with Minh, who is super thorough, gentle, and wonderful. Dr. Tracy is an amazingly skilled airway dentist who isn’t pushy and is very practical when she offers treatment. She’s knowledgeable about tongue tie, airway, and a lot of areas that dentists are lacking unless they pursue education. Jer knowledge and office make it worth it for me to drive to them from DC. Really, everyone I’ve worked with in the office has been excellent.

Amazing, caring, professional, efficient, REMARKABLY EXPERIENCED!!! I could go on and on. I simply have no words to describe how grateful I am for the care that Dr. Nguyen and her wonderful team provided for my 7 year-old son yesterday. Being a dentist myself, I was seeking an expert in the field of dental pediatric airway management. We drove 2 1/2 hours and immediately "saw" the value of driving long distance to receive that level of exceptional care. They were all ready to go and prepared for us, my son was so at ease and comfortable. I left feeling relieved knowing that he is in great hands now. Thank you, Lansdowne Dental Care!!!

Its always a pleasure to visit Lansdowne Dental Care in Leesburg! Dr. Frames, James, & the entire staff are always very nice and very caring! I’m on the Invisalign program and I haven’t been the ideal patient, but Dr. Frames and James handle me with care & patience and I really appreciate them for that! If you are in search of a great dental office that offers an array of dental services, check them out. I’m sure you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Frambs and his team are the best. It is always a positive experience. Minh, our family hygienist, must be the best hygienist in the DC area. She is very diligent but gentle. Minh is super friendly. Everybody cares about your wellbeing. Our whole family has been going to Dr. Frambs for several years. We all highly recommend him and his team.
