I was recommended to Dr Tracey and have never been so pleased with her work. Not only is she an artist at Dentistry but she is always willing to fo out on a limb and save a tooth vs sending you to get it pulled. I had a severe tooth ache was thinking on no another extraction and implant and lots of $$$ but Dr Nyguen said let's try and save this tooth. 2 yrs later and I'm So thrilled with all of her knowledge and concern for every one who walks in her office. So grateful for my new smile and the awesome work she has done on me! Thanks Dr you are amazingl and so is your staff!!!!

Definitely kept my mind off of what was going on in my mouth. It was as good as going to a comedy show. At the same time, both were VERY professional and mindful of their responsibility to me, the patient. Thanks for the best dental visit ever!!!

Thought that I was going to get a lecture about how bad I was, teeth are in terrible shape, etc. Saw Dr. Frames and the wonderful staff there. They came up with a year plan to do my cleaning, scaling, and silver fillings replaced that were starting my teeth to crack. No lectures, just an honest evaluation about how to move forward. Now that I have all that behind me I can't recommend them high enough. If you have dental issues you need to go to this place. You wont regret it!!

8 years agoEasily the friendliest staff and cleanest dental places in the area! The entire staff is very personable and trustworthy. I moved out to California, but schedule my cleanings for when I'm back in Virginia - I love it that much!Easily the friendliest staff and cleanest dental places in the area! 8 years agoIve always been terrified of going to the dentist. After a few visits with Dr. Nguyen and her team i am almost 100% not scared anymore. They have made each visit comfortable & personable. I am so grateful for all of them.Ive always been terrified of going to the dentist. After a few visits with Dr. Nguyen and her team i am almost 100% not scared anymore. Katie was very specific on the areas he should work on and checked out with a camera some troubled gum spots that he had. She was able to ask him to watch these spots. Dr. Tracey Nguyen continued to be gentle and encouraging. That his teeth were coming in nicely but they may not need straightening.

Katie made him feel better by explaining that she was going to get some on soon, herself!He calmed down and she was happy to clean his teeth and tell him to continue to work as hard as he had because his teeth were great!Dr. Frames did an excellent consult and recommended a consult with an Orthodondist for him as well. He gave us a great one to try!
