I come from another state just to have Dr. Tracey take care of me ... See MoreMy dental care is professional and they use the latest techiques and equipment! Most of all, Dr Tracey and her staff listen to my fears and help me through my procedures. I come from another state just to have Dr. Tracey take care of me because I trust her and her staff. I loved having my crown made right there and skipping the temporary crown stage. While I waited for the crown, I used the office IPad to keep busy. Dr. Tracey has high standards and I really appreciate that!-3/8/2011

My Appointments are always a Great Escape from a Hectic day, Traffic, etc. Sit Back, Relax, you are in Great Hands.Very Pleasant & Relaxing Experience, as usual. To improve: make one night during the week or month a late night..or maybe a Saturday to accommodate those who cant get there earlier in the day. Also- lose the doorbell ( ... Everyone in her practice it kind and truly understand how to make you comfortable. I had a lot of work done in January and recently, I swallowed the crown. I called and left a message on a Sunday evening and they called me back first thing in the morning and saw me right away. Even better, the crown was covered under her guarantee and they made a new one and sent me on my way. I think back to my prior experiences and think about how I would have NEVER made that call on Sunday night to get it fixed, I would have continued on without it until I couldn't stand the pain anymore. Just incredible customer service. I will never go anywhere else!

9 years agoYes, I would have rather have been going to a spa but then I wouldn't have had my teeth taken care of in such a professional way. 9 years agoWhen I went in for my check-up, everyone was really friendly and helpful! The cleaning was painless and offered advice on ways to keep my teeth healthy between appointments.
