See MoreToday was great - office staff was responsive and Dr.Tracey Nguyen actually cleaned my teeth. She did a great job! She's super nice. The last time I was there (6 months ago), however, not so much. The hygienist was just about to start cleaning my teeth when some sort of meeting was called and even though she tried to tell the office manager that she was with a patient she was told to attend the meeting. After about ten minutes I walked up to the meeting (where people were chatting and laughing) and asked if I needed to come back some other time. The office manager said no and then after I went back to my chair, several minutes later, she casually walked around the office and obviously told some guy that was clearly there to do something else to clean my teeth. He was fantastic, but really?

See MoreI recently had two crowns put in by Dr. Nguyen and I was very impressed with the efficiency of how it was done. No more wearing temporary crowns for a week or so, everything was done within three hours. Dr. Nguyen and her staff are always so pleasant and easy to deal with.

Then she proceeded with great care to complete all of the necessary work in the same visit! My 10 year-old daughter ha ... See MoreDr. Tracey Nguyen completely explained the procedures that needed to be done in regards to my daughter's dental needs. Then she proceeded with great care to complete all of the necessary work in the same visit! My 10 year-old daughter had a tooth that lost it's filling, and a tooth that had broken in half. Dr. Tracey was excellent in treating my daughter completely in one visit, by removing both teeth with precision and care. Thank you so much for the excellent care to Dr. Tracey Nguyen and her wonderful staff!

See MoreVery pleasant visit, Dental assistant Merlos was extremely nice, very pleasant person, makes you feel at ease and very attentive to your needs. I was overcharged, once back in my office, I called and talk to Paula, she was extremely nice and took care of the matter immediately, she corrected the mistake and she tore up my check and I mailed the correct amount, the lady at the desk charged me $50.00 deductible, it was not her fault, I do think it would help if you all submit paperwork to insurance before you charge us a fee, once you know what insurance covers and if we had already met the deductible, then send us a bill and we could make payment to you then. Thanks

See MoreI have been a patient for a few years now, and have previously posted favorable reviews, but their service and attention to patients' needs continues to impress me. Came back from a recent business trip with my crown in my pocket, after popping loose during a meal. It was an old crown, not installed by this practice, but they still squeezed me in within two hours of my return and my chompers were back in business the same morning. Can't say enough...this practice is run as it should be: the patient and their comfort always comes first. Kudos to everyone there!

I've always been a chicken about the dentist and I'm no longer a chicken. I have had numerous procedures done and not once have I had any pain whatsoever. Dr. Nguyen makes going to the dentist a breeze and enjoyable. She also has an outstanding staff!! Like I said Best Dentist in Loudoun County, Virginia

My daughter was extremely nervous about getting sealants and a filling. Dr. Nyugen took her time and went to other patients while my daughter calmed down enough to have the procedure completed. My only suggestion is that perhaps utilize the computer that swivels to run a video or movie for the kids to distract them during their visit/ procedure. Thanks again for all your patience!-6/3/2011

It was a friendly, comfortable, and relaxed atmosphere. 9 years agoI CAME IN FOR MY FIRST TIME FOR A CLEANING. THE DENTAL ASSISTANT AND DENTIST WERE VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY. I HAVEN'T BEEN TO THE DENTIST IN AWHILE AND THEY WALKED ME THROUGH IT. I WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK FOR MY NEXT APTMT.I CAME IN FOR MY FIRST TIME FOR A CLEANING. THE DENTAL ASSISTANT AND DENTIST WERE VERY KIND AND FRIENDLY.
