Of course saving the best for last, my hero, Dr. Tracey Nguyen, who always knows I'm coming in nervous EVERY TIME! I mean c'mon can EVERY visit be this smooth and pain free?? 8 years agoI loved being able to go in and get old crown out, fitted for my new crown and have the new crown placed permanently in my mouth all in one day. I'm so impressed with their technology that a procedure that before could take two or more v ... See MoreI loved being able to go in and get old crown out, fitted for my new crown and have the new crown placed permanently in my mouth all in one day. I'm so impressed with their technology that a procedure that before could take two or more visits could be done in 2 and a half hrs with the same excellent attention to detail. The staff and Dr. Nguyen are excellent, as always. Thank you!

8 years agoNo its not a 5 star restaurant or a 5 star resort but if you have to go to the dentist its not too bad. Its painless, prompt and the people are friendly. What more could you want? I needed some serious cosmetic / corrective work done and was looking for the best in NOVA. I could not be more pleased with my choice. Dr. Nguyen is caring and talented. She took the time to discuss a plan of action and listened to my concerns. Her staff instantly made me feel comfortable and not at all self-conscious. I have found my dentist for life.

Love the iPad loaner they give you if you have to wait for anything while your in the ... See MoreThe staff at this office is really great! You can tell they know exactly what they are doing and the explain everything with every step along the way. Love the iPad loaner they give you if you have to wait for anything while your in the chair! I am an engineer and they have all the high tech dentistry setup. SINGLE VISIT TO REPLACE MY CROWN! They have 3D mapping tools and a 3D milling machine to make the crown on SAME visit!! This eliminates the typical 2nd follow up visit 2-3 weeks later.

All the staff (and I mean everyone) had a truly customer focused and very friendly attitude. Based on my one emergency visit, I am officially switching my dentist! This office uses cutting edge technology and the staff is good at explaining everything being done - so no surprises. And while you are waiting, they lend you an iPad - how cool is that. I'm sorry but my old dentist really had no memorable experiences - I did at Lansdowne Dental and now I am happy to make this my primary dentist!
