I loved everything. The enthusiasm of Louis teaching is something that is hard to find nowadays on the internet; we can see it's a true passion for him to teach us all of that stuff.
I believe that it is not only Louis that does that because I already saw the Cubic Worlds course and Zach was an amazing teacher too, always trying to make the course learnable and funny, so I hope and believe that this is the essence of CG Boost Academy.
I really liked how it was shown how the camera, colors, and materials work in real life and how to bring that reality into Blender.
I learned a lot of stuff about modeling, principally how to add primitive shapes faster, and let me tell you, it's a life changer. It saves so much time that from now on I will always use it for my own projects, hahaha.
One thing that I wanted so much to learn was “nodes” in Blender. I really like that type of stuff, it's like programming, but with puzzles, we need to connect each piece to achieve the final result, and with Louis, I learned more than watching some YouTube videos; here we can find every single step, from the beginning to the end.
The only thing that I didn't like so much was animating the Fish Bot… It was so much stuff that sometimes I got lost and needed to go all the way back on the video to understand what Louis was doing and why.
