We have lived in a Reeder property for a year and a half. It didn't get off to a good start - the property wasn't ready for us to move in after we drove all the way from the East Coast. And in the first year it could take a while to have things fixed. However, since Veb took over looking after our maintenance requests, we have had 200% platinum service. Requests are handled promptly, and communication is excellent. So is follow-up to ensure a task was done and we are happy. Veb is the most responsive person ever! White glove service from Veb, every single time. I also want to thank Mario for calling within 5 minutes of my placing a maintenance order about the fireplace not working. He asked if that was our prime source of heat and if it was someone would be there immediately to fix it. Impressive and thoughtful. All of the maintenance staff we've had in the house have been pleasant and efficient as well. I don't know what happened at Reeder but we're grateful and pleased for this amazing level of service.
