If you need your bike packed in a box for travel or shipping, this is the shop for you! I was super impressed with my beautifully packed bike once I unwrapped it. Seriously, I don’t think you could try to damage their pack job. This is absolutely worth $80. And BTW, it is likely you can just bring your bike on a flight with you simply as checked baggage. Again, 10 star review for this pack job. I wouldn’t bother going anywhere else. Plus, putting your bike back together after the pack is not difficult. You can do it! Thank you Trek

From rocky start to smooth finish.
Left 2 bikes for some repairs. Was given a done by date. On that day we called to check and we told ‘Do NOT call us! We will text you when they are done’ Needless to say I wasn’t impressed. After another full week we finally got a message that the bikes were finished. When we picked them up we politely complained to the manager and told him how unprofessional that experience had been. He not only apologized, but comped the work. Went from ‘I will never come here again!’ To ‘I’ll be back.’ It was stellar customer service.

I broke my chain commuting home. I bought a replacement chain from a shop near where I was stuck. I figured I could replace the chain at home as this other shop was very busy. I get home and realize I have no idea what I'm doing and, more importantly, didn't have the two tools necessary to install the new chain. I took my bike over to Trek Bicycle Portland Hollywood & Outlet in my neighborhood. I was expecting to leave the bike and get it later but they replaced the chain while I waited. Quick, easy, cheap, and friendly. An excellent experience all around -and- it's an outlet store so there are great deals on bikes. Might be time to get a new one!
