I was charged with finding a plaque (from an unknown source) to be duplicated for a 40 year employee's retirement. After an exhaustive local procurement and web search, I found Lane Award website. They had a similar plaque, so I reached out via their website to request information. I received a prompt reply requesting a picture of the plaque I wanted to duplicate, which I sent. Within an hour, I received confirmation they could make it custom. To my delight, the cost of the custom plaque with logo/artwork/signature was comparably priced to those with only basic engraving! I worked with Mack Gleekel, who was amazing. He gave me easy instructions I accomplished via email- even taking care to make sure he did not send any email photos that the employee could see. Just as promised, I received the proof in a few days. The proof needed a slight change, which was made immediately and in less than a week my custom plaque is on its way to me. I cannot wait to present it! Lane Award is one of the easiest, customer friendly, professional companies I have worked with. Thank you so much for everything! I will definitely use Lane Award again!
