I’m embarrassed to admit that, after living in Jacksonville for over 30 years, I didn’t even know this shop existed! I was blown away by how massive and well-equipped the shop is. The team shared a bit of the shop’s and building’s backstory, which added a personal touch to the experience. Mike was incredibly helpful in finalizing my project bike—he was personable, attentive, and made sure everything was 100% ready to go before I left. I couldn’t have asked for better service. I’ll definitely be recommending this shop to others!
