Really pleased we took the effort to visit this branch to decide which Trek bike to go for. The staff member was very helpful, assisted with test rides, gave terrific advice and was not pushy with selling at all.
Based on other experiences at different brands, I would recommend this branch to anyone else looking for a decent bike and solid advice.

I went into store this afternoon with my son and bike Merlin 7 he got for Christmas
He thought he had buckled the back wheel
One of the lads had a look at my sons bike and sorted it out for him as it wasn’t set up properly
He reassured my son that the wheel was fine just not lined up correctly now the wheel spines and it’s not rubbing on the brakes and rides perfectly

Really high quality bikes & equipment. The team were amazing, really knowledgeable and the whole process of choosing my bike & accessories was seamless. One item needed to be ordered in and as soon as it arrived, they called to let me know. When I picked up my bike, all my accessories had been fitted and real care & thought was put into making sure it was the right fit for me (and for my car ). An awesome team - thank you! I will definitely be back should I need anything bike related. Also, can’t wait to see what local rides I can join as part of the Trek Strava group.

I had parked outside in aim to buy a birthday gift for my father. The store had a great selection but nothing my dad would have liked. On leaving I put my key into my vehicle and it fell apart in my hand. To make matter worse my van wouldn’t started and I began to panic. To my fortune Ian helped my put the key back together and when my van still wouldn’t start he helped again, taking the key apart and putting it all back together secured with some high quality tape. I am not sure how this store would deal with bikes but if the help given to me from Ian is anything to go by you can expect high quality service and kindness. Thank you Ian you legend!

Bought a new mountain bike from the Trek shop and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! From the initial shop visit to picking up the bike received excellent advice and service from the team. Shop also kept me well informed as to when it would be delivered and made sure everything was fully set up (even the shocks) before collection. Thank you so much Milton Keynes Trek. Very chuffed with the bike.

Just been to Trek - Milton Keynes, and had great service from Matt, he had been very helpful trying to sort a flat tire. And even though, we hadn't planned to buy anything yet (we already bought some new inner tubes somewhere else). He helped replace the tire anyway. We even got offered some coffees and teas. In the end we did get some bits as we were well impressed with the service. Thanks again Matt
