I had parked outside in aim to buy a birthday gift for my father. The store had a great selection but nothing my dad would have liked. On leaving I put my key into my vehicle and it fell apart in my hand. To make matter worse my van wouldn’t started and I began to panic. To my fortune Ian helped my put the key back together and when my van still wouldn’t start he helped again, taking the key apart and putting it all back together secured with some high quality tape. I am not sure how this store would deal with bikes but if the help given to me from Ian is anything to go by you can expect high quality service and kindness. Thank you Ian you legend!

Bought a new mountain bike from the Trek shop and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! From the initial shop visit to picking up the bike received excellent advice and service from the team. Shop also kept me well informed as to when it would be delivered and made sure everything was fully set up (even the shocks) before collection. Thank you so much Milton Keynes Trek. Very chuffed with the bike.

Just been to Trek - Milton Keynes, and had great service from Matt, he had been very helpful trying to sort a flat tire. And even though, we hadn't planned to buy anything yet (we already bought some new inner tubes somewhere else). He helped replace the tire anyway. We even got offered some coffees and teas. In the end we did get some bits as we were well impressed with the service. Thanks again Matt

I have been to this Bike store a few times,and have always found them friendly and helpful.Last year Suresh was really amazing in helping me decide on a road bike choice.Unfortunately the day I called to order, Trek UK had run out of my prefered colourways/size and finished that model.Was forced to order it elsewhere.
Recently my Trek Domane came in for squeaks/noises.Chris and Shaun were very helpful,answering several of my questions. Shaun's work helped to cure some of these noises,with additional tips/options going forward.Happy customer and can't recommend this store highly enough.

Shopping for an eBike and visited the usual suspects - Halfords, Evans, Decathlon. On a whim decided to check out the more expensive end of the market, so visited Trek MK and so glad we did.
Dawid was incredibly helpful, guiding us to the right model at a price that wasn't actually that much more than we were expecting to pay. But we got to see the actual model we were buying (Halfords didn't have anything from the range we wanted available to see in store) and also got to do a test ride.
Set up tweaks, including trimming the handlebars to fit my wife, were all included and bike was ready in under a week - again, far better than the other stores.
Would thoroughly recommend Trek Milton Keynes store.
