Trek MK was a refreshing experience because the customer service, hospitality, politeness and smoothness of the whole process buying my son’s first proper bike, then also sold me one which I didn’t hesitate to because of the help of Suresh. Seems like people have lost the art of customer service nowadays but this shop has it. Thanks to Suresh who kindly greeted us as soon as we walked in, offering a refreshment then to having a good conversation on which bike to purchase, appreciated the outstanding help he gave to me and my wife and personal touch with advice which made our experience a brilliant one. Suresh managed to get the bike built same day thanks to his colleague Sean in the workshop who kindly got it ready within an hour. Thanks to them my son was riding his new Wahoo the same day. Finally I would like to thank David for his help also great customer service and polite when I picked up my bike when it was ready. Thanks guys keep it up because people buy people (customer service goes a long way) you have a committed customer now.

I've recently had both of my bikes (non-Trek) serviced at Trek and they have been awesome. Very knowledgeable, pretty quick turnaround and called with any issues/updates.
One thing to note; you can't book in for a service, you turn up with your bike and leave it at the shop. From drop off to pick up I waited about 2 weeks.
After the service there was an issue with one of my bikes (torn lever hood) and Trek replaced it free of charge, and dropped my bike home when it was ready. Legends! Thanks Trek.

Super nice staffs and manager. Bought a helmet and accessories. High end & the best quality. They even give me a used bike box for transportation on a coming bike trip to Taiwan.

I purchased an MTB from the guys at the MK Trek store and they were very helpful and the guidance was valuable. After a few rides, I wanted a few some minor adjustments so I returned to the shop. The team talked my thoughts through with me and we agreed on the adjustments which they made on the spot.

Has an issue with my gears on my trek marlin 6 ebike problem was sorted straight away just needed to be adjusted gears working properly now corrected free of charge even had a free coffee afterwards staff are polite and friendly definitely recommend and getting my bike serviced at trek Milton Keynes next time I need to.

Walked into Trek Bicycle Store today with a small problem — the screw on my Brompton rear rack had gone missing. Didn’t even have an appointment, just tried my luck.
The staff there were incredibly kind and helpful. They fixed it on the spot and didn’t charge me anything. Truly went above and beyond.

Really pleased we took the effort to visit this branch to decide which Trek bike to go for. The staff member was very helpful, assisted with test rides, gave terrific advice and was not pushy with selling at all.
Based on other experiences at different brands, I would recommend this branch to anyone else looking for a decent bike and solid advice.
