Helpful and professional. I took my Trek Domane in as I needed assistance with the seat stem, I was served by Chris (I think I have the right name) who immediately demonstrated that he knew exactly what he was talking about, as he identified the potential issue and noticed a few tweaks that are needed. I was given a time frame for when the would work be completed and left it with them. I was contacted 2 days early and when I picked up the bike Jon took the time to explain everything that they did with some useful tips. I would definitely recommend Trek MK to anyone. Thanks again.

Took my bike to this shop for a repair after an accident. As I entered the shop the first thing I noticed is how tidy everything is. It's clean and neat, very rare nowadays. The staff is professional and friendly. I was expecting my bike for Friday and they called me on Wednesday that the bike was ready. I found the repair cost reasonable too. All in all, a very nice and tidy shop with a lot of goodies and a professional stuff.
