The team are always super helpful and new location looks great. Parking is a bit confusing as there's a bunch of signs outfront suggesting you can't park but you can and hopefully signage is sorted soon.

I have just finalised the purchase of four mountain bikes for the family. From our initial visit until we have picked up the bikes has been seamless.
We own roads bike but wanted to venture off road.
The staff clearly know their stuff and were happy to talk about the entry level bikes with as much enthusiasm at the top end.

The Trek store has moved!
I was delighted to visit the New Trek store today.
It’s now located at Campbell Wharf just a few minutes from the CMK shopping centre. Parking was easy and the surroundings next to the marina are lovely.
Nearly everything Trek sell is at this location as it’s a Trek owned outlet. And because it’s a Trek store they always seem to have the newest models in stock shortly after launch.
Road, mountain, gravel, E bikes are all here as well as kids and also a selection of Brompton bikes for those of you that take your bike everywhere with you.
Add to above a full range of clothing, shoes, sun glasses, wheels, tyres, lights as well as nutrition and full service facilities and you have the complete bike shop. I even spotted a full size bike watch stand.
The same friendly and very knowledgeable staff have moved with the shop and are always happy to help.

Transformed my ageing bike into a new machine by replacing worn out parts, and even cleaned it. A slight problem with the gears was rectified quickly and free of charge, including a replacement cassette with a lower gear ratio.
