What a great store! The first few times I visited it was quite daunting as it is such a big bike shop and brand compared to most, and even felt a little corporate. But once you talk to the staff, and get to know them and the shop its great. Always been super helpful and when buying bikes from them or working on my bikes it has always been a great experience!

Visited late on a Wednesday evening so useful they're open until 8pm. Very helpful staff, not pushy, clean changing room, free Segafredo coffee was a bonus and great sale bargains. Toilet upstairs so handy if coming back from a long journey. Plus a chance to drool and dream of my next Trek!

Went over to look at a Top fuel mountain bike but after speaking with young Sam he recommended that I should be really looking at the Fuel Ex range due to the kind of riding i do as it is a bit more versatile and has a bit more suspension travel etc. So i got home and did a bit more research into the different Fuel models and decided on the Fuel Ex 8 Xt, so I rang up and spoke with Jon the store manager who was really helpful and I placed the order for the 2021 model which I now own and am super happy with it done around 700 miles trail riding on it and it rides like a dream going to take it on some rougher terrain and mountains to put through it paces. Great customer service, advice and I would highly recommend Trek Bikes Milton Keynes as your one stop bike shop. Thanks guys, see you soon for my free service & check up.
