Honestly the team in the store couldn’t have been any better, so so helpful and passionate about the products as well as being really knowledgeable and customer focussed, best customer service I’ve had in a store for years, they are an absolute credit to Trek!
Having spoken to a few cycling friends, since buying the bike, they have all said the same about how great the team (esp John) in Milton Keynes are, without even telling them which bike I had got, I started telling one friend about the great service I had had and they said ‘you brought your bike from Trek in MK didn’t you’ - what an amazing reputation they have!
