My Trek TM4 is a bike to fall in love with. Jonathan, the store manager at MK, took me out for a test ride on a TM. WHAT A BIKE! So comfortable, the controls a doddle and the hills simply melting away. The bike's good looks with its integrated battery made the choice for me easy. I'm cycling more often enjoying the great outdoors and getting plenty of exercise. Thank you MK staff for all the help and good advice. One very happy customer.

We popped in just to have a look at the bikes available, we were blown away by the level of service we received. There was no hard sell. We were left to look at the bikes ourselves and discuss them. We looked at children's bikes and the knowledge that Max had was exceptional. Our boys love their new bikes and we can not sing the praises of the store and the staff enough.

I always come to the Milton Keynes Trek store because of the level of service and support I get from the staff. Everyone I've dealt with there has been incredibly helpful and taken me through my first year of cycling with all the advice and dedication that I've needed.
I must give a special mention to Max Hale, who has taken time to not only give me great deals and exceptional levels of service, but also to sit down and talk about the equipment and peripherals I need, without ever feeling like I'm being up-sold or pressured. It's a service level rarely seen these days, and comes from both his love of cycling and him being a genuinely nice person.
