Amazing experience, went in to buy a pair of shoes (possibly a bike) and essentially just to have a chance to chat and look at the product. Phil was excellent, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and very good at his job. I was also assisted by a very nice young lady who was equally as helpful (missed name, sorry). Essentially I left after buying a new bike and a full kit, exceptionally happy. Thank you to all, amazing team.

Excellent service and knowledgable staff. My new Trek had problems with leaky seals on the Shimano disc brakes causing awful brake squeal. The dealer who sold me the bike insisted they were fine and just cleaned up the pads and discs. Soon the bike was just as bad. Trek MK diagnosed the problem straight away and returned the calipers to Shimano for warranty replacement. The mechanic did a first class job. The bike is now running smoothly and, most importantly, stopping well.

Great service from all the staff. Went there four times and was dealt with by someone different each time but all of them were great. The more senior experienced staff in particular are very good. No pushy sales tactics and great advice. Test rode a few bikes a number of times and they were fine. Highly recommend along with Corely although if you want a Trek like I did then these guys are better placed and stocked.
