After I explained the predicament of a charity bike ride for the Greenfingers Charity Fri 22nd a Demo bike was provided, Pedals / bt cage changed over - amazing I was told of the procedure, potential cost of rebuild, warranty, sent over original receipt, contact details, I was good to go - great service, 15 miles last night to get used to the demo - brilliant, I'm confident I'll be looked after and more importantly put in the miles on Friday - thank you Neil

Front of house is a window into the company itself and the staff at Milton Keynes has always been very polite and knowledgeable whenever I have visited. Staff knowledge is key to whether or not customers will return following a purchase, especially a substantial one. It is also important that backroom staff, mechanics etc, have the same approach too. MK have their workshop in full view of the customer which, to me, gives confidence to visitors in their ability to service or repair to the industry standard at all times.
