What a great team!
Took my bike in for a service, the staff are very friendly and are clearly passionate about bikes.
They explained all the options available for my service and what parts could be replaced. I was even recommended a cheaper option to help me save a bit of money.
The bike looks and feels like new again.

I visited this shop to buy a strong lock, but not for a bike! It was for my treasured mobility scooter. John tried several different locks before he found the best one for me. He listened to my needs and gave me plenty of time to make sure I could attach the chosen loc properly. Thank you for such great customer care, even when I didn’t buy a bike!

The team at Trek MK are faultless, every problem or concern I’ve had they’ve dealt with.
Being 6ft 4” and on the heavy side I do put things under stress, but, blame has never been put on me, instead they’ve found a way to upgrade the components to deal with it.
Forget all the other bike “specialists” in MK, these guys are riders and are passionate, their knowledge has been learned through experience.
