It had been a few years since I serviced my bike, frankly I was dreading the worst. The team at the shop spent time with me to assess my bike and decide what was needed, they were very keen to only do and change what was needed and save me money. I genuinely felt that they had my best interests at heart and provided a top-level service to me. Regular updates via phone calls, and then a full breakdown and walkthrough of the bike when I collected it. This really was a premium service; the bike was as good, (mechanically) as it was when it came out the shop from new. I won’t hesitate to return to the store for future services or any other work that needs doing. Knowledgeable, friendly, polite staff throughout. Many thanks

Visited last Wednesday because I knew which model bike I wanted but wasn't sure which size I needed. The girl who served me was lovely.Really helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble.She let me take out 2 bikes for a spin and I could then decide on sizing.Although I couldn't purchase the bike from here because of no stock, happily I have now tracked one down online in the size/colour I was after.Highly recommend this shop if your after good service.

Called ahead to enquire about getting 2 childrens bikes serviced. Chap was polite and explained he was reluctant to give a price as had not seen the bikes which is understandable.
As the shop isn't too far I took the bikes in and he explained what needed to be done and gave me an idea on price and eta as to when to expect the work done.
The work was done quicker than expected and was cheaper than I thought.
When I came to collect I was met by a smiley, amiable young lady who went over the work and demonstrated what they'd done.
Will be back to get my bike serviced when needed and would recommend to one and all.
