Took my bike in for a service, the staff are very friendly and are clearly passionate about bikes.
They explained all the options available for my service and what parts could be replaced. I was even recommended a cheaper option to help me save a bit of money.

The team at Trek MK are faultless, every problem or concern I’ve had they’ve dealt with.
Being 6ft 4” and on the heavy side I do put things under stress, but, blame has never been put on me, instead they’ve found a way to upgrade the components to deal with it.
Forget all the other bike “specialists” in MK, these guys are riders and are passionate, their knowledge has been learned through experience.
