Very helpful team, especially Annie and Jon. Recently bought the FX5 bike and despite the delays in the delivery at customs (blame Brexit paperwork) they kept me informed on progress. When the bike did arrive they went out the way to source the accessories I was after and agreed to fit them all free of charge. And the bike itself is also highly recommended, quick, smooth gearing and a comfortable ride.
