Huge shout out to Nathan for not only helping me source new brakes for my bikes warranty, but also completing the work ahead of schedule and even waiting for me to show up after closing to get my bikes in the shop. After going to my other bike store closer to me, I wasn’t happy but Nathan turned everything around and I’m happy to say I’ll definitely be returning to this store. Thanks Nathan!

I recently visited this store twice — once to purchase accessories and consumable items, and again to test ride a bicycle.
During my first visit, the staff kindly recommended that I try a test ride. On my second visit, I had the opportunity to actually ride one.
The customer service was extremely friendly, and their professional knowledge of the products made the entire experience very satisfying. I truly appreciated their attentive and expert support.

My fiancé and I had the best shopping experience. We both bought our bikes here. The staff was top notch. Very helpful, patient and went out of their way to make sure we made the best pitching decision possible. The bike are just beautiful. It’s also refreshing to walk into a bike store that’s cleaned and organized. Highly recommend this store.

I typically don't write reviews, but my experience at this store was so top tier that it warranted one. Nathan (the store manager) was very friendly and made the experience of purchasing my first bike from a retailer very easy. In under a half hour, I was able to get all my questions answered, test ride my new bike (Domane AL Gen 5), and get all the necessary accessories. If you are hesitant to make the purchase, do it and do it from this store!
