This store has gone above-and-beyond for me so, so many times. They have easily earned their status as my go-to shop for maintenance on all of my bikes (both Trek and non-Trek). Great rates, fast turnaround, and prompt communication make them an easy choice for all future work. I recommend them to every one of my friends; they are my #1 choice for bike maintenance and service in San Francisco. The manager (Cate) is a gem of a human who will go out of her way to provide exceptional service, including offering to drop off a part at my apartment on her way home to facilitate a last-minute pre-race fix (!!). If that isn't 5 stars, I don't know what is.
Go here, whether for service or for buying a new bike. You won't regret it!

Kate and Tommy are awesome. I went to 4 bike shops before this one and no one else paid such a close attention to my ride comfort and fit. They gave me tons of tips about the area and how to keep my bike secure, on top of the amazing biking tips. Even though this is not my closest Trek store, this is the one I'll be visiting for any future purchases!

I appreciate that I was able to drop by in person and shop for a bike at my own convenience (without a reservation). Cate was very knowledgeable and helped me identify good options. Being able to test drive a bike is great. The price was fair. Trek bikes are probably neither the very best nor the most economical (i.e., if you try really hard, you'll probably find better options elsewhere). But for me being able to shop conveniently like this and having the brand stamp of Trek for future maintenance were important factors. Overall satisfied with my bike shopping experience at this location.

Came in to check out their Summer sale and the staff was more than helpful in suggesting 3 bikes that fit my riding preferences. Everything from specs, gear, tools, and potential future upgrades to the bike was discussed a led me down the rabbit hole. Took a few test rides and made my choice on the Trek Roscoe 8; prior to pick up they prepped the bike, did some finishing rider adjustments and sent me on my way. Such an awesome shop with great people running it, thank you Cate, Jayce, and Justin!
