The sales rep was excellent, and she really took the time to figure out the correct size of the bike (I needed a large, evidently). She went over gear shifting for an 18 speed (previously, I had only had 10 speeds), added a bike stand, and explained the warranty and new ride resources in detail. She's a professional and a credit to your organization.

They were so nice and helpful during my estimate. I appreciate that he was willing to work with me on the needs of my bike instead of trying to get over on me as someone who doesn’t know much about bikes. They’re going to make the repairs on my bike for $36! Which is great considering I was given my bike for free. And it’ll be done in a few days

I could not be happier! I found an issue with an expensive carbon wheel. It was pretty obvious that the damage was a manufacturing defect, not due to use / abuse, but unfortunately the warranty period was well past. I brought it to Trek Bicycle Royal Oak, they evaluated the wheel, took my information, worked with Trek, and were able to get me set up with a replacement! When they say they stand behind their products, they absolutely mean it! Thank you!
