Awesome 1st experience at the store. Brought in my non Trek bike for service and to my surprise they had all the parts needed for a quick and thorough repair. Great selection of gear on top of that. While being a big named brand the store and employees definitely give it a neighborhood bike shop feel. Will certainly be back!

Trek is the best bicycle manufacturer in the business. A great product with a great warranty. Trek Grand Ledge is the best shop around. They are very knowledgeable. They will patiently answer all of your questions. Their sales/ tech guys are no pressure. They want to make sure you get what is right for you. Trek Grand Ledge is my shops for as long as I am cycling.

Awesome customer service, very nice guys, bikes came back in great shape after a tune-up. I was nervous about using a trunk rack for the first time, and they came out and looked at it and gave advice when I dropped my bikes off, but also helped me when I loaded my bikes to leave to assure me they were secure (and they were! Made it home just fine). The communication was top-notch, I will absolutely be back.
