While we all know that Trek makes great products, what follows is the sales knowledge and the service provided once the decision has been made to walk through the doors of a local bike shop. Trek of Grand Ledge with its two-man show is well organized, stocked with options, and doesn't have a turnaround time that will have you watching the leaves change. Mark and Alex are eager to help with purchasing decisions, troubleshooting service needs, and repair/replace options that satisfy unforseen mechanical and ergonomic findings down the trail. I have had great conversations with both Mark and Alex about cycling and the community of it, along with technical details of tire design to nutrition and riding gear. This is a shop that cares and demonstrates that the second you arrive on the other side of those front doors. Highly recommend with confidence!

We love our new bikes! The staff here were very helpful. We asked several questions and he happily answered them all. Our bikes came within the timeframe he said they would. They also deliver locally which was a bonus! If you are in search for a new bike, I highly recommend coming here.

I purchased my wife, daughter and myself bikes from here two years ago and had a great experience. The staff was very helpful in helping us select the right bikes for each of us.
I brought mine and my daughter’s bikes back in today for a tune up and to see if my daughter had outgrown her bike.
I fully expected to pay $100 for a tune up on my bike and to not have it for a couple days. Instead they threw it right up on their rack, filled up the tires and gave it a quick once over. They told me it didn’t need a tune up, tightened a couple things and said I was good to go.
They also helped adjust my daughter’s bike and said she should be good for another year or so.
They even put on the kickstand I bought and never put on for free. I really appreciated the service and no pressure salesmanship. You can tell they really care. I’d be happy to recommend them to anyone looking for a new bike.

Awesome 1st experience at the store. Brought in my non Trek bike for service and to my surprise they had all the parts needed for a quick and thorough repair. Great selection of gear on top of that. While being a big named brand the store and employees definitely give it a neighborhood bike shop feel. Will certainly be back!
