I am a lodge owner seeking new insurance. Having looked at many companies I was becoming baffled with all the varying policies and in particular the policy rules around winter drain-downs. I was recommended to NACO and I have to say I was not disappointed. Polite knowledgeable staff, professional, transparent offering a quality, no smoke and mirrors, policy. I dealt with Joanne who was fantastic. Nice to talk to someone who knows what they are selling. Very reassuring. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive.
