This is the 3rd vehicle I have brought to Fuller’s Collision Center and once again, they delivered outstanding results. Despite facing challenges and delays caused by the other party's insurance company (Progressive), the team at Fuller’s stepped up and did the right thing for me as their client—something that’s unfortunately rare these days and I truly appreciate it.
The quality of their work is top-notch and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly and to a high standard. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is what keeps me coming back.

Just picked my truck up from woodys, so thankful for their mechanics and office staff! They kept me in the loop during everything and helped walk me through things with my insurance company. Super easy to work with and gave a pretty quick turn around time. There’s nothing worse than being without your vehicle so my insurance gave me a rental - Woodys works with a local enterprise so I could just leave it there when I picked up my truck.

I highly recommend Fullers for any of your automotive needs. From the first phone call up until I picked up my car the experience was absolutely fantastic. Great communication, very pleasant customer service and the work was absolutely flawless. They even detailed the car inside and out. No one wants to be in a car accident but it happens. Bringing my car to Woodys was the best choice I could’ve made. My neighbor backed into my car last December on accident obviously, God rest her soul but I was distraught as I’m a single mother who works 7 days a week and needs her car. Mike and his team kept in contact the entire time of the repairs and made me aware of every move they made. Real smooth. Car looks better than the day I purchased it especially after they vacuumed and waxed it as a bonus.

Collision center: Service was fast, and great! Office is clean, spacious, with free drinks and snacks. Staff very friendly and communicative. I was very impressed truly with how fast they worked on my car. I was thinking a week and I had it back in two days! Exterior and interior of my car was cleaned as well as new! So thankful! I definitely recommend and would use their services again if needed in the future.

I recently had an amazing experience at Fuller’s Collision Center! Directly after my accident, Josh and his team were immediately there to support me through the whole process. Before, I was very unaware on how the process went, but I left Fuller’s feeling very informed and confident. They worked with me and asked any and all questions that I had to the fullest extent, and continuously validated me. Fuller’s was very responsive and everyone was kind and pleasant to talk with. I will most definitely be returning for any future car services at Fuller’s! They are the best around and truly care for you and your vehicle.

I brought my car here for some repairs after an accident. Everyone in their front office was so friendly and helpful from my initial call through the entire process. They got me in quickly for my repairs and promptly followed up with me regarding additional damage to my vehicle the same day. I picked my vehicle up today, and not only does the outside look beautiful and new again, but it looks like they cleaned the inside a bit as well! They are conveniently located right next to an Enterprise as well, making for an easy rental car experience. If I unfortunately need repair work again, I will certainly return.

We got rear ended in GA. We received an estimate there in GA but they could not finish the car in time for our trip to Massachusetts.
We gave Fullers the estimate and they agreed to do the work on our vehicle. We are extremely happy with the results. Vehicle looked like new and the staff was awesome!

I have one word to described why I highly recommend this place — Amanda! Her customer service is exemplary. She explained the process in detail, step by step. I am an insurance professional. Customer service is key in this industry. I would be remiss if I did not mention Erica and Brian (I may have Brian’s name wrong, Amanda will know). He assisted with the heavy items in my vehicle and helped me understand the salvage process on a vehicle deemed a total loss. The overall experience was such that I will rely on Fuller for all my automotive needs.

I never usually leave reviews, unfortunately I was hit while parked in my employer’s parking lot and asked where is the best place to go, I was told woody’s so I brought my car there for extensive bodywork. I’m not kidding when I say my car was returned in better condition then before the accident, brand new looking! I’m so grateful to them and their hard work.
