Rob helped us out, but all of the staff (including both Johns!) were super friendly, fast, and efficient. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Even though the line was long, they greeted everyone in a friendly manner and set expectations appropriately. Rob quickly identified other issues with my bike on top of what I brought it in for, and explained what he wanted to do and the associated costs at every step of the way. I felt very taken care of, and I’m excited to take my bike out for rides now that it’s been thoroughly looked over! Thank you, Rob and everyone at Trek!
