Top notch place. The guys working were operating like a finely tuned bike! We brought in a bike to have it looked over after self assembly and a possible blown tube. They were fair on price, quick on turn around, and just excellent people to work with. They dealt with other customers in a fair way and everyone seemed really happy. Even if you don't have a Trek you can still bring your bike here for service.

Rob helped us out, but all of the staff (including both Johns!) were super friendly, fast, and efficient. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Even though the line was long, they greeted everyone in a friendly manner and set expectations appropriately. Rob quickly identified other issues with my bike on top of what I brought it in for, and explained what he wanted to do and the associated costs at every step of the way. I felt very taken care of, and I’m excited to take my bike out for rides now that it’s been thoroughly looked over! Thank you, Rob and everyone at Trek!
