Trek Forest Hills is the only bike/Trek store I come to whenever I need service on my bike! Only the most trustworthy and competent staff/bike mechanics work here. The staff is always so pleasant, chill and always provide an honest assessment of any work that may need to be done. They also will tell you when you don't need, or can wait to have a certain service done. Service turnaround is quick and they will call and text you once your bike ready. A true gem to the Queens biking community!

Very knowledgeable and kind folks, who take the time to diagnose and treat the issue, and explain the issue to the customer. I would rather wait a while for quality work, which Trek Forest Hills is known for doing, rather than constantly coming back to the shop for subpar work being done. That said, I choose to keep coming back to this shop because of the warm and friendly staff.
