I ordered a few small items and Everything came packaged beautifully in an awesome padded envelope. The pendants came with bead chains, there was 2 bonus items if I recall, along with a handwritten thank you note! I got the alien head hanging in my car (which I didn’t have when I ordered but I knew I wanted it in whatever car I bought). I’ll be making another order.

I have placed two orders thus far with Rissa, first was a custom canvas & some assorted resin pieces. Those I gave those to family members for the holidays. The second order was for myself - some of the resin vinyl LP's, keyboards, boom box, etc., - which appealed to me as I am a full-time musician.Not only did Rissa accommodate my special request (to make the keychain into a necklace by adding a longer ball chain) with a smile, BOTH of my orders were packed with a standardized thank you card, a second, PERSONALIZED thank you card, & several small bonus resin pieces thrown in, as well as a sticker. Shipping was prompt, & my pieces were well packed & served in small satin drawstring bags that are a nice touch.Very impressed with the attention to personal detail that are put into these orders, will definitely be back in the future as new items are added.
