Best bike shop in SLC hands down. They do a great job with service and everyone has been great to me. They work on all brands and they will service your bike within a day or give you a loaner!
My only regret is not purchasing my last Trek here.

I needed an emergency fix (not a basic one either) on a Sunday and Trek SLC came through! I highly recommend this shop! My expectations for a same day (and same time!) fix were low, but Luke (mechanic) immediately started taking apart the crank and got everything working properly again. 10/10 experience and service. Thank you Luke and Grant!

The staff is easy to work with and knowledgeable. The prices were great as well. I ended up purchasing a bike for myself and came back to purchase one for my wife about 6 months later. I would recommend this shop.

These guys are awesome, I don’t have a trek bike and I know very little about biking but they’re always super understanding and fair with prices. They have installed stuff for free and never try to up charge me despite being a noob.

This is easily one of my favorite shops of any kind to go to in SLC (not just bike shops). The staff are extremely friendly, kind, and helpful. Grant, in particular, is fantastic to work with. Despite not having gone in for nearly a year, I still remembered Grant's name and he even remembered who I was. I've had nothing but positive experiences every time and for sure see myself coming here whenever I need work done on my bike in SLC.

We had an amazing experience at the Trek Store in Downtown Salt Lake City! Grant, the store manager, worked tirelessly to help my wife find the perfect e‑assisted bike for our steep, hilly neighborhood. We didn’t want a full‑blown throttle e‑bike, and Grant let us test ride several models at home until we found exactly the right one. Thanks to his knowledge and patience, we now have a bike that handles our hills beautifully and my wife loves. Highly recommend the Trek Store in Salt Lake City — ask for Grant!

Front desk guy, didn't get his name (just know he was born in 97 like me) helped me and sold me on some killer grips! I'm so happy he recommended them to me because they actually improved my ride. Such a chill shop and I'm 100% going to use you guys as my main source of parts for my bike!
