I just picked up my bike from a level 2 service and my 2015 Flex 7.2 looks and feels amazing. There was a small hiccup with my front brake. The pads were still squeaking like crazy as I was riding home. I returned the bike to the shop and the team addressed it immediately and sincerely apologized for the oversight. They ended up replacing my front pads free of charge. Amazing work and customer service. Thank you Grant and the team for your kindness and professionalism.
