I had foot surgery last week. Everyone was really nice and respectful, especially Dr. Inda. I arrived today for my 1 week post op appointment. I didn’t realize my appointment wasn’t until tomorrow. They were able to work me into their schedule and the wait was only about 10-15 minutes. I’m very pleased with my care.

I was having issues with my finger & decided to make an appt I’ve been to GIKK Ortho but never MD West One (as they changed names). The receptionist scheduled me with one of the drs, I told her just to pick any Dr. Well let me tell ya, she picked the BEST Dr! His bedside manner & humor were over the top! Just what I needed! Dr. McCarthy is truly an amazing Dr & human being. I will definitely be coming back for more care with him. I’ve already seen Dr. Inda (foot Dr) & Dr Phillips (knee Dr) in the past when they were GIKK Ortho & them 2 are also phenomenal Drs I feel I am listened to & cared for in a way that I need. Thank you MD West One Drs! You truly are the best!!.

From the front desk to meeting with Dr. SCHUTTE, each individual was courteous professional & excellent in care & services provided

I was pleased with the care I received from Dr Inda and his PA Ann. They explained things well and gave me different treatment options for my issue. The rest of the staff was also very kind and I did not have to sit and wait for long periods of time.

I had a very pleasant experience at Urgent Care. The receptionist, doctor and assistants were wonderful and efficient!

Have enjoyed my experience at MD West One from reception, to nurses, and doctors. Dr. Inda is amazing! He makes me feel heard and is caring towards my issues.

Dr. Indah was great. He explained his concerns throughly and his plan to move forward. The x-ray did take longer than necessary due to a recent software upgrade but the tech was great!

Wonderful facility. Super impressed with the young lady who checked us in. Everyone involved with my care today were wonderful to deal with.

After torn rotator cuff and herniated discs three times those doctors were great, fixed all 4 problems. I am my old self again. My husband has developed back problems, we have great faith they will be able to help him also.

Receptionist was great, x-ray tech same, appreciated the professionalism of every person on the team before, during and after my appointment. I arrived 25 minutes early but only waited 5 minutes or so after checking in.

I go to the Lakeside office and have had positive experiences calling to make an appointment, cancel and reschedule when the weather is bad. I also have had great experiences with the nursing staff, xray techs, P.A's and Dr Otterberg and Dr Inda. The physicians as well as medical staff care about my wellbeing and my progress healing.

I been going to MD West One for over 3 years now and the Doctors they are all smart Doctors their. And all the employees are all great.
