Faye and Sean helped me and my family recover after the Eaten fire. Not only did they find replacement bikes for the ones we lost but Faye went completely out of her way to make sure we had everything else we needed and heaped a tremendous amount of love on us.

I needed to replace my Domane 3, which was lost in the recent Eaton Fire, and found it at the Pasadena store. Faye gave me a fire victim discount and I bought everything I needed. Rode the bike yesterday. It's a great bike. It's a great store with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

I wanted to share my interactions with Sean. I did not have any knowledge or background in biking and was looking at different stores in the area for a bike. While most people were kind and helpful, they were nothing like Sean.
Sean had me try 3 different types of bikes for a spin. Adjusted them and readjusted them. Was non judgmental and never pushed me to buy more bike than I needed to.
He was kind and extremely helpful and patient.
If you are looking to buy your first bike, I would ask for Sean at the Arroyo Parkway store. He is the guy to go to!

After 18 years, it was time to update. My main criteria was size! I'm 6'4", 225 lbs. I went to 4 or 5 shops, looking for an XXL, as my old Trek was XL, and always felt a little small. That disqualified some shops, and one or two had one or two. Faye showed me a bike that came in XXL. She really listened to what I was looking for and my riding habits, and didn't try to upsell me. The bike she showed me was well within my moderate price range. The transition from a heavy old mountain bike to a lighter (and bigger) hybrid has been a delight. Thank you, Faye!
