The service at this Trek Pasadena store was great! We bought a used bicycle from the red barn/used trek system. I’m not quite happy with it and they’re helping me get things to a place that it will be comfortable to ride.

I absolutely love my new bike. I’m a beginner, no clue what I’m doing but when it comes to Faye, the customer service is top tier. That type of professionalism is hard to come by. She was fantastic. She watched me ride and suggested to lift the seat to prevent future knee problems. She even showed me how to get on the bike so I didn't look like a complete goof. Beginner problems! Thanks, Faye. Ask for her if you’re looking for a bike. If she’s not there that day, ask when she’ll be there. You won’t regret it.

This place is amazing. Remy Flores worked on my bike and went above and beyond. It would probably be impossible to find the same level of kindness and good work ethic at a different bike shop. Much less in LA. Everyone else working there is also so good and kind. This place gets an 11/10 from me.

Absolutely stellar experience at Trek Bicycle Pasadena! From the moment I walked in, the store had a welcoming, professional atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. I was in the market for a new bike and had a ton of questions, but thankfully, I was helped by Faye, who truly went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Her knowledge of the products, attention to detail, and sincere passion for cycling made the entire process enjoyable and informative. Faye took the time to understand what I was looking for and patiently walked me through the various models, explaining the pros and cons in a way that was easy to understand—even for someone who isn’t super technical. She helped me test out a few bikes and made personalized recommendations based on my riding goals and experience level. Never once did I feel pressured or rushed, which made the experience even better. What truly stood out was her exceptional customer service. She made me feel like a valued customer and not just another transaction. She also followed up with helpful tips on maintenance and local group rides—completely unprompted. It’s rare to find that level of care and professionalism these days, and Faye absolutely delivered. Faye and Sean helped me and my family recover after the Eaten fire. Not only did they find replacement bikes for the ones we lost but Faye went completely out of her way to make sure we had everything else we needed and heaped a tremendous amount of love on us.

I needed to replace my Domane 3, which was lost in the recent Eaton Fire, and found it at the Pasadena store. Faye gave me a fire victim discount and I bought everything I needed. Rode the bike yesterday. It's a great bike. It's a great store with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
