I have been to this store several times this year. I have had work done to an older bike recently. They did an excellent job working on that bike and followed every detail of my instructions.
Both Maddie and Matt are very knowledgeable and professional . They will thoughtfully over all options one my consider changing on your bike ,but never push you to buy stuff you don't need. I have had nothing but positive experiences dealing with either of them.

Bought lights for my son's Christmas present, I live in Texas and he resides in Indiana. The light's arrived in perfect condition in plenty of time for Christmas and process was smooth and painless.

Getting ready for tour Aotearoa in New Zealand and the guys at the shop made preparations so easy for me. Genuinely showing interest and going above an beyond as bike passionate folks. Super thankful and would highly recommend this shop!!

Clay was super friendly and informative. He went above and beyond regarding service. He installed all the accessories and delivered the bike the same day. My dad wants to buy one now. My wife loves the bike.

I have been looking for a gen 7 modone slr for a while and found one in stock here in my size. I had a lot of questions, and they were very prompt responding to those on the phone. I drove up there next afternoon close to closing time. But they didn't rush me and got the bike fitted. I took it for a 5 mile rest ride on a paved trail. Then I asked for a bunch of modifications and they stayed late to get it all done for me. The staff are serious riders and very knowledgeable. They didn't just try to sell me the 'standard' brands. I love the new bike. Thank you guys.
