We ordered a late Sunday afternoon and it arrived lunchtime Wednesday. Everything was easy no hassle at all. The assembly was easy as well. So now we are just waiting for our chickens. I did ring about name plate not really sure what was going on with that and the guy I spoke to was polite and very helpful it wasn't a chore to speak to me. Great customer service. We will recommend your services to friends and family in the future. Thankyou

Thank you to the lovely customer service lady who advised me on this size coop as the one we were looking at would have been too small. It arrived very fast a ... See MoreWe recently purchased this coop and run for our first time chicken experience. Thank you to the lovely customer service lady who advised me on this size coop as the one we were looking at would have been too small. It arrived very fast and was easy to put together. We did add to it- I painted the white parts with a layer of solar guard, added a roof, a handle on the slide out tray and brackets to hold the water and feeder. It did take longer than expected (and more money) to level the ground, add extra wire at the base perimeter and build an edible garden around. While the coop itself is lightweight and basic, it’s a great place to start and find our feet as chicken people without spending thousands. I’d say all up, the costs including various feed, three chickens, plants and all materials (mostly Bunnings) was $1200. Would recommend and buy again for anyone starting out - our girls seem very happy.

2 months agoVery easy to put together with 2 people doing it. We're going to use it for a cat enclosure, enabling them to come and go as they please from the house. I wouldn't recommend for a larger animal, as the materials are very light.Very easy to put together with 2 people doing it.
