5 years agoFast delivery, product as described on the website, quality parts, easy to follow instructions however, parts could be labelled to make it easier. 6 years agoWe went to the warehouse in Wetherill Park and it was a bit out of the way. They do not have a large selection but the coop we bought was a GREAT price, was easy to assemble and is a pretty good quality.We went to the warehouse in Wetherill Park and it was a bit out of the way. They do not have a large selection but the coop we bought was a GREAT price, was easy to assemble and is a pretty good quality.

7 years agoexperience with My Chicken Coop was good however their choice of courier was poor. I live regionally and the courier my end was hopeless and not helpful at all. They did not respond to messages I left (x3), I could not understand the mes ... See Moreexperience with My Chicken Coop was good however their choice of courier was poor. I live regionally and the courier my end was hopeless and not helpful at all. They did not respond to messages I left (x3), I could not understand the message left by the driver on my mobile and then could not get anyone to call me back so I could arrange collection. It took me 3 days to figure out who the company even was through a process of deduction via the internet, and then they refused to deliver to me because I live out of town. I managed to get it delivered to a small Aust Post outlet that handles my mail deliveries however the courier failed to notify them that my delivery was going there, and also did not ring me to let me know they had dropped it off there. They had assured me they would make both of these calls but I should have just done it myself. Luckily the PO people are lovely and very helpful. Courier was next to useless and extremely poor customer service from them(despite what their on-hold jingle says!).

7 years agoCoop came within specified time. Instructions were good, but it would have been useful to have the wooden pieces labelled with the corresponding letter as per the instructions. Coop was assembled and is now home to a happy chook.Coop came within specified time. 8 years agoPayment and delivery went smoothly. Assembly was OK and we are very happy with the quality and appearance of the structure. Our cat will love the freedom of being outdoors but safe from traffic.Payment and delivery went smoothly. Assembly was OK and we are very happy with the quality and appearance of the structure. Did not follow instructions though to put in the carport or under-cover pergola. Coop was easy enough to set up and chickens love it, but instructions are not clear and very hard to follow. Customer service is quick and very easy to deal with. Overall, happy with it.
