Their service would be better if they told us in country post codes that delivery was not to out of town addresses. They drop the item as a carriers and expect the buyer to pick it up. OK if you have a large vehicle to carry the goods, which we did not in this case. The courier at the drop point in Grafton did finally deliver it, but after paying a large shipping fee this should not happen.

Super easy to put together but being pine and poorly painted it definitely wont survive well in Queensland weather. Definitely not worth the amount we paid for it and delivery fee was outrageous. We also bought the wire floor but it doesnt come with ant way to attach floor to the bottom of the coop so we had to improvise. Hopefully if we repaint it with better paint it might last longer. Looks good and is easy to put together though.

Not designed to survive Qld climate, unfortunately started falling apart very quickly as the wood became moisture logged. Handles and side panels started to fail, nesting box also started to collapse. Whole coop failed within six months. It was purchased as a gift for us so I feel guilty that our loved ones spent as much as they did

I got a cat enclosure from here (weird, I know) because it looked sturdy and I looked like one I wouldn't bonk my head on. First the good - it looks nice, the mesh is probably OK. nothing is getting out or into that. Will update after some use.The bad - the building was a nightmare. numbers missing or inaccurate on parts. 1 and 2 were together on the diagram but needed to be put together, but since many of the prices weren't labelled, it took awhile to find the correct parts. Pins weren't in the correct spots so there was uneven gaps near the door. The door itself is also uneven instructions/diagrams were inversed for some reason, without a proper starting point. There was no pre drilled whole for locks or anything, just screwing into planks of wood.

I'm happy that it arrived quickly. Not impressed with the quality of timber used, it is very flimsy. The timber was cracked in some places, obviously not built accordingly because it wasn't square when we built it. The instructions weren't user friendly, could have made the instructions more clear and easier to understand. Not particularly happy with the price for the poor quality of materials. Only just built it and it started to split at the top of the roof. Looks like it's just been slapped together by someone who doesn't care about the job. But it has been built and it should work as needed, as it is for my cats. The enclosure I ordered was the Super Castle Walk In Cat Enclosure

Once completed I was happy with my coop. I needed a lot of help to put it together. The instructions were scant and none with the wire sheets.

Chicken coop is beautifully made. My only bit of criticism would be the locks and the wire is quite flimsy, that I am afraid my dog will be able to get in.

I bought the Deluxe Chicken Coop and the Giant Walk In Castle. As with other reviews, delivery was fast and the kits were very easy to assemble. They have a one year warranty and that's about right, because that is how long they will last. The material is stained fir, which is not very water resistant and starts rotting fast. The biggest problems are the roofing materials and the nesting boxes. The nesting boxes start sagging after about 6 months and need support because they are made out of tongue and groove slats that are fastened by one screw each end. The roofs and covers of the nesting boxes are some cheap hollow wooden construction covered by asphalt paper and at the ends, where the water drips down, start becoming water logged and rot very fast. I replaced the roofs with Colorbond steel sheets and placed the Deluxe Chicken Coop on a treated wooden skid. If you are prepared to do that then you'll have a good chicken coop, but it will mean some added expense and work.

My own fault I guess , didn’t realise how tiny it is . I wanted 3 chooks but I couldn’t cram 3 into that tiny nesting box

The coop was half as tall as I expected so I had to reconfigure it to be a short but tall apex with a door, which was a pretty good outcome. One of the brass door closure fittings just will not work. While the whole thing is pretty flimsy I guess the is fair enough with the very good price and delivery was relatively prompt (a wee bit longer than I expected but it could have been sitting on my front verandah without me knowing for a few days - never use my front door!). Did not receive delivery notification and had started to get worried. But I am happy in the end.

Many parts damaged/split (looks like this happened before it was packed and shipped). Cute little (deluxe model) coop but only big enough for two chickens not 3-4 as advertised. Nesting box really only fits 2 hens comfortably. Will need to get a bigger coop. Easy for 1 person to put together just with a phillips head drill bit to screw in the pre-drilled holes.

I liked it was easy to put together, however for the money value, it is too small and the extra run is not that big. It could be wider and accommodate a bigger sized run. The nesting boxes are too small in width and too close to the roosting poles. I think this coop would be excellent for rabbits, guinea pigs or small/baby chickens, but not for fully grown Rhode island reds or similar size hens. It is an expensive outlay for little room and maneuverability for my hens and myself. I will build a run off my other shed and use that and keep this as a home for raising chickens only. A little disappointed as the photos on your site look bigger than the actual one when built.

Great product, though after spending over $60 for delivery I still had to pick it up from a Depot 40kms away

Cute, it was smaller than I thought, because it only had enough room for two chooks, i wanted 3 or 4 chickens. The catches weren't very strong,
