I had a wonderful experience with Dana Williams. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was understanding of the fact that I was new to e-bikes and on a budget. He didn't judge me for buying a cheap brand from a liquidation store which I know isn't optimal. I just needed something cheap for my first bike to get active again after my stroke. Dana explained all the basics I needed to know. He gave me some tips and performed a safety check on my bike. He suggested a few small things that could be improved on my bike and worked within my budget. Overall I'm very impressed with the service. I got my e-bike tuned up and a new helmet. My cat is obsessed with the box so that's a bonus.
