I went to the trek bike shop looking for some brake pads for an e-bike. They looked for the parts in stock but they didn’t have them. They did a lot of research and were able to find what I needed. They are able to order the parts and have them in store with in a week. Thanks to Cody and the team at Trek bicycle shop maple ridge for your help.

We purchased a Trek Checkpoint Gravel bike for our son at this Maple Ridge location. The bike is a beauty, the staff and whole experience of purchasing a Trek was great. All the staff were welcoming and friendly .
A special shout- out to the manager Dave. Dave kept us updated on the delivery status of the bike throughout the process. We picked up the bike today after the bike mechanic assembled and tuned it. Dave worked one on one with our son explaining the details of the bikes capabilities and maintenance right down to tire PSI. He also ensured that the saddle was set to the perfect height for our son.
I really appreciate a good quality product backed up by knowledgeable professionals like those at Maple Ridge Trek.

I felt very supported by the staff during my visit. I was looking for a new bike, and I was helped in finding my adequate size and the type of bike I was looking for. I also had a rundown on safety equipment and everything was installed and ready by the time I left. Truly a great experience.
