Another awesome webinar! Virtual debriefing is in a different environment, but the learning theories and the debriefing theories should all be there. The facilitator has to do the same work that is done in a non-virtual debriefing.

This helped to validate how virtual simulation has been facilitated for my campus, but also gave me so many ideas! I can see how asynchronous debriefing could be a valuable tool to help learners begin to self-reflect and not rely on that group debrief all the time!
